Software Engineer

Xpert is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively within a team of 20 engineers, contributing to both the coding and project management aspects of software development. With a strong focus on C# programming, you will leverage your expertise to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance functionality and improve user experience. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position as you will regularly interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps practices will be an added advantage, allowing you to optimize deployment processes and ensure ongoing software quality and performance.Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#.
Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Optimize existing applications for enhanced performance and scalability while troubleshooting and debugging as necessary.
Implement DevOps practices to improve deployment efficiency and software reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation to support software development and maintenance activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into the development processes.
Facilitate team meetings and discussions, effectively communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior software engineers, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth within the team.
