The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets and contributing to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Prospect new business opportunities and potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and Implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Build and Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct Market Research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and Close deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Analyze sales performance metrics and business development activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish industry connections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven Experience of [X] years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within [specific industry].
  • Strong Track Record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
