We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focused on generating new business in the graphic design sector. As our Upwork Bidder, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our design expertise. This is an onsite, part-time position based in Westridge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms in need of graphic design services.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft customized, persuasive proposals that clearly highlight our graphic design strengths and match client needs.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries, clarify project details, and establish strong rapport to increase conversion chances.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on graphic design trends to better align proposals with current market demands.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet the monthly target of securing 3-4 new clients, contributing to company growth.
  • Reporting: Maintain a record of bid submissions and follow up regularly to track potential leads.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Upwork bidding in graphic design or similar field.
  • Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles to effectively convey our services to clients.
  • A proactive attitude, with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting monthly goals and deadlines.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
