Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per company's SOPs
Receive, upload and shelf all supplies
Perform stock-related duties like returning, packing, labeling and pricing goods
Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
Preparing monthly report at the end of each month
Ensure proper completion of documentation
Generate a material received report (MRR) timely
Must have a strong command on Ms. Office – Excel & Word.
Good Communication skills
Must be proactive
Maintain job log on daily basis.
Ensuring delivery notes issued against all dispatches.
Maintain record of daily inventory of all products being received and issued.
Reconciliation of wh reports on daily basis.
Communicating the requirement of products to the concerned department on timely basis.
Any other Task assigned by HOD
