The expert will employ programming skills in Python and JavaScript to customize solutions, ensure seamless data synchronization, and automate customer engagement channels. Candidates must work independently, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver production-ready automation solutions without managing a team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows using tools like n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Podio CRM to streamline business processes.
Integrate APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts in Python or JavaScript to build robust and scalable solutions tailored to client requirements.
Implement and manage complex call flow automations and voice agent configurations using Retell AI and Vapi platforms.
Configure and optimize marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and CRM pipelines to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure data synchronization and seamless integration between various third-party platforms such as Airtable, Baserow, Notion, Dialpad, Appsmith, Discord, ClickUp, and calendar applications.
Analyze client business processes to recommend automation strategies that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Independently troubleshoot technical issues related to workflows, APIs, and integrations with the ability to read and interpret API documentation.
Maintain error handling, custom logic configurations, and workflow optimizations to ensure high reliability and performance of automation systems.
Collaborate remotely with clients to understand project scope and deliver automation solutions within agreed project timelines.
Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continually enhance service offerings and solution quality.
