Branch Manager / Student Consultant

World Wide Study Adviser is seeking an experienced Branch Manager – Student Consultant for our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in consultancy, particularly in handling UK student visas. As Branch Manager, you will lead a team of consultants, guide students through the UK visa and university application process, and ensure the branch meets its operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamabad branch, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards.
Provide expert consultation to students on UK visa applications, university admissions, and study options.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver quality service.
Stay informed about UK immigration laws, visa regulations, and university admission criteria to provide up-to-date advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions in the UK and local stakeholders.
Oversee the complete student visa process, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy in documentation.
Drive the branch’s business development efforts, aiming to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
Monitor and manage student records and visa applications, maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.
Address any challenges or issues related to student admissions or visa processing in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in consultancy, with a focus on handling UK student visas.
Strong understanding of UK visa requirements, admission processes, and immigration laws.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.
