Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally and warmly.
- Answer calls, providing assistance and basic information to visitors and callers.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Manage housekeeping staff and keep the office clean and organized.
- Maintain a well-stocked office and order new supplies as needed.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist HR with new employee onboard and orientation.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- A bachelor's degree in related field is required.
- Experience as an office coordinator or similar job with a minimum of two years is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to priorities tasks are required.
