Work Together is seeking a skilled Interior Draftsman with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our team in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. This role requires a detail-oriented individual proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling techniques to create accurate and detailed interior design drawings. The successful candidate will translate design concepts into technical drawings, ensuring all specifications meet client requirements and industry standards. Familiarity with space planning and interior design principles is essential to contribute effectively to project development and execution.
The Interior Draftsman will work closely with architects, designers, and project coordinators, supporting the seamless progression of interior projects from concept to completion. This role focuses on precise technical drafting with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. While this position does not involve managing a team, excellent communication and project coordination skills are necessary to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-quality interior plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Interpret architectural plans and client requirements to produce technical drafts and space planning layouts that optimize interior environments.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to integrate design concepts into comprehensive construction documents.
- Review and update existing plans to incorporate design modifications and improvements as requested by clients or design leads.
- Create precise technical documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings to support interior construction and installation.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports by providing clear and professional draft visuals.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project timelines by coordinating with teams to meet deadlines and milestone deliverables effectively.
- Continuously improve drafting techniques and maintain knowledge of the latest software tools and best practices in interior design drafting.
