The Guards Supervisor is responsible for planning and coordinating the daily activities of the guard team, implementing security protocols, and analyzing operational procedures to enhance efficiency and response readiness. Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of 10 guards to maintain high standards of security and discipline.
Develop and implement strategic plans for effective guard deployment and operational procedures.
Conduct operational analysis to identify potential security risks and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations governing security operations.
Train and mentor security personnel, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Oversee scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation of the guard team.
Coordinate with company management to address security concerns and provide regular reports on security status.
