Work Flow is seeking a dedicated Amazon, eBay & TikTok Shop Specialist to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience managing online stores across prominent marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. The Specialist will be responsible for optimizing product listings, ensuring adherence to marketplace policies, and applying foundational digital marketing strategies to promote products effectively. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can manage tasks independently while maintaining strong organization and communication skills. Although managing a team is not part of this role, the Specialist plays a vital role in driving e-commerce success through detailed market research and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities
The Amazon, eBay & TikTok Shop Specialist manages multiple online storefronts by optimizing product listings to maximize visibility and sales on Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and TikTok Shop. They conduct thorough product research and sourcing to identify trending and viable products suitable for each marketplace. The Specialist ensures listings comply with marketplace policies, monitors performance metrics, and applies digital promotions where appropriate to boost product engagement. This includes setting up and managing campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager, along with routine analysis of results to refine marketing efforts.
This role involves collaborating with the broader marketing team to integrate digital marketing insights while independently driving daily store operations. The Specialist tracks inventory levels and coordinates sourcing to maintain consistent product availability. They also resolve customer inquiries and platform-related issues promptly to maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction. Continuous learning about marketplace updates and e-commerce trends is essential to this position to keep the stores competitive and compliant with evolving digital commerce standards.
