We are looking for a detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in working with WordPress themes, plugins, and popular page builders, along with a solid grasp of front-end technologies. This role involves collaborating closely with design and SEO teams to create high-performing, user-friendly websites that are secure and compatible across multiple browsers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites that align with project requirements.
- Customize existing themes and plugins to fulfill client or project-specific needs.
- Troubleshoot website issues, perform regular updates, and ensure seamless functionality.
- Work collaboratively with designers and SEO specialists to enhance website performance and usability.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard websites and maintain cross-browser compatibility.
- Manage website migrations between servers or hosting environments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong expertise in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin customization.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with major WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
- Familiarity with cPanel, MySQL databases, and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills and strong time management capabilities.
