We’re a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in lead generation, paid ads, and automation. We’re looking for a Facebook Lead Gen expert to create and manage high-converting campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook lead gen campaigns for the agency and clients
- Develop targeted audiences and retargeting strategies
- Create ad copy and visuals that convert, and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated on Facebook ad trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facebook Ads lead generation for service-based/marketing industries
- Strong skills in Ads Manager, targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Results-oriented, data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and ROI
Preferred: Experience in an agency setting, Google Analytics, and CRM integration.
