Customer Sales Representative (Arabic)

WiseCode Studio is seeking a Customer Sales Representative fluent in Arabic to join our team. This role focuses on efficiently handling customer orders for a restaurant over the phone, ensuring clear communication and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate is skilled in engaging customers, managing orders through an Order Management System, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This position requires at least one year of relevant experience and fluency in Arabic, as the interactions will be conducted primarily in this language. The representative will work independently without team management responsibilities, concentrating on delivering excellent customer service and streamlining the order process.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, taking accurate food orders from customers in Arabic.
Use the Order Management System (OMS) to input and manage customer orders promptly and accurately.
Provide clear information about menu items, specials, and prices to assist customers in placing their orders.
Verify customer order details and confirm all information to prevent mistakes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle any customer inquiries or issues related to their orders with patience and problem-solving skills.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurants menu changes and promotions to keep customers informed.
Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams by ensuring order details are communicated correctly.
Keep detailed records of orders, customer feedback, and any concerns to support continuous service improvement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and customer service standards.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment while meeting daily order processing targets.
