We are looking a motivated and organized HR Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Preferred)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as HR & Administrative Officer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
