Sales Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our range of durable medical equipment products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate DME solutions to meet those needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our durable medical equipment products, their features, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance in product selection.

Sales Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other team members, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with patients via phone calls to provide support, assistance, and information regarding their medical equipment and healthcare needs. You will be the main point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention. This role requires empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills to effectively address patients' concerns and provide solutions to their inquiries.
