Cafeteria Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cafeteria Manager to lead our cafeteria team. As the Cafeteria Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising cafeteria staff and ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
Planning and implementing menus that meet nutritional guidelines and customer preferences.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafeteria and kitchen areas.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cafeteria Manager or a similar role in the food service industry.
Strong leadership and managerial skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and cafeteria operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
