Figma Designer

Responsibilities

Design and prototype intuitive user interface for websites.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure designs align with project goals.
Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
Present design ideas and concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements For Freshers:

Basic knowledge of Figma and a strong interest in UI/UX design.
A portfolio showcasing your design projects (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

For Experienced Designers:

Proven experience in UI/UX design with expertise in Figma.
A portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects with a focus on user-centered design.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of prototyping tools, user testing, and design systems is a plus.
