Living nearby is preferred to facilitate timely responses to patient needs and collaboration with colleagues. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and educating patients about oral health. Responsibilities

Perform thorough examinations to assess patients' dental health and identify issues.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
Lead and supervise a team of six dental professionals to ensure effective clinical operations.
Provide clear communication to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Manage dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and other treatments safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers for multidisciplinary patient care where necessary.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
Participate in continuous education to stay updated on dental techniques, technologies, and regulations.
Facilitate training and development sessions for team members to enhance professional skills.
