Responsibilities:
As a Technical Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting proactive cold calling to develop and nurture business opportunities.
- Managing technical accounts, ensuring client needs are comprehensively met.
- Proficiently handling technical documentation to facilitate sales and operations.
- Effectively communicating in English, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Demonstrating expertise in MS Excel, Word and Power Point for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in technical sales or site engineering.
- A bonus for candidates with a background in the solar industry.
- Strong proficiency in technical documentation reading and interpretation.
- Open to candidates from diverse programs and backgrounds in technical sales or site engineering.
Additional Responsibilities:
On-ground site supervision for the deployment of solar solutions, ensuring seamless implementation.
Providing clients with exceptional after-sales services to guarantee satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
