Junior WordPress FSE Theme Designer

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior WordPress FSE Theme Designer to join our team. This is a trainee-level position suitable for a fresh graduate or someone with basic WordPress experience and a strong interest in website design.

You will design WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) themes using the WordPress Site Editor, our Pattern Library, and WordPress Core Blocks. No coding is required.

Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with 01 year of experience are encouraged to apply. We are more interested in your design sense, creativity and willingness to learn than your years of experience.

Important: A practical design test will be part of the selection process.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design complete WordPress FSE themes using the WordPress Editor.
Use and customize existing patterns and Core Blocks.
Take inspiration from different websites and create attractive, original layouts.
Create suitable dummy content using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
Find or generate suitable AI images and write effective image prompts.
Perform basic image editing, resizing, cropping and optimization.
Prepare complete theme demos with appropriate pages, content and images.
Check designs on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Maintain good typography, spacing, alignment and overall visual consistency.
