Gluon ERP is looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to take full ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimizing our Webflow website. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to create high-performing, responsive, and conversion-focused web experiences. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing visitor engagement and lead conversion through our online platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website using Webflow.
- Create responsive landing and product pages that adhere to design specifications.
- Manage and expand Webflow CMS collections to deliver dynamic content effectively.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow pages with meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilize custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed to improve website functionality.
- Enhance website speed, performance, accessibility, and implement SEO best practices.
- Integrate web forms with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Monitor website performance metrics and apply strategies to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to launch new campaigns and website updates successfully.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Webflow development.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous Webflow projects is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Webflow CMS and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, emphasizing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with technical SEO and website optimization techniques.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
