Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced web developer with strong expertise in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting professional websites using modern web development techniques. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality, responsive, and SEO-friendly WordPress websites that align with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain professional websites primarily on WordPress platforms. Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites that provide an excellent user experience across various devices. Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect WordPress sites using Elementor and Elementor Pro. Create custom themes and plugins tailored to specific project needs. Implement and manage WooCommerce solutions for e-commerce website development. Optimize website speed and performance, ensuring compliance with Core Web Vitals. Develop SEO-friendly websites by following best practices to improve search engine rankings. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress core, plugins, themes, and databases efficiently. Manage WordPress security, backups, updates, and routine maintenance tasks. Handle hosting, domain management, and cPanel operations. Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong communication and time-management skills. Utilize basic Git/GitHub knowledge for version control and code management.

Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 to 3 years specializing in WordPress development. Proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and Elementor Pro. Strong frontend design and development skills with excellent command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience in creating responsive, mobile-friendly websites. Ability to convert designs into pixel-perfect WordPress sites. Experience with custom theme and plugin development. Good knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce website development. Familiarity with website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of WordPress security, backups, updates, and maintenance. Experience with cPanel, hosting, and domain management. Basic understanding of Git/GitHub for version control. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills. Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Rawalpindi before starting work. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
