Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotes for customers.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor’s activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the printing industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
