Our quest for excellence continues as we are seeking the services of a career-oriented Recovery professional for our hallmark real estate project Sufi City we require the services of a Recovery Officer who shall be responsible for tracking the milestone payments of customers to ensure customers do no default in their payments and also ensure the recovery of outstanding or over-due payments from customers as the Recovery Officer work with delinquent accounts and attempt to collect payment from the debtors.
Her major job responsibilities will include:
- Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
- Sending project development updates to customers and responding to customers' queries.
- Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
- Close coordination with Account Receivable and Marketing Department staff
- Maintain daily log of phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and email.
- Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with the Account department
