Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team starts work on time and manage absences.
  • Utilize Odoo for project and team management.
  • Oversee project tasks, create, and track updates.
  • Ensure team members log their hours for each task.
  • Review team presentations to ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and present final PowerPoint presentations to clients.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project and keep the account manager informed of all updates.
  • Collaborate with the project manager during the proposal phase to estimate hours required for each phase of the project for budgeting purposes.
  • Identify staffing needs and coordinate with HR to arrange candidate interviews.
  • Foster a positive culture of trust, honesty, and creativity within the team.
  • Conduct appraisals for each team member based on a logical and agreed-upon framework.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Odoo.

  • Experience in client liaison and project budgeting.
