Wayit is a leading eCommerce company with over 10 years of success selling across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. We’re looking for a Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings and ensure smooth catalog operations across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product catalogs on Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.)
- Create, edit, and maintain listings — ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, keywords, and product data
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressions, or policy issues on Seller Central
- Collaborate with PPC, design, and content teams to enhance product visibility and conversion
- Monitor catalog performance and implement SEO improvements
- Manage flat file uploads, variations, and parent-child listings
- Ensure inventory sync accuracy across all platforms
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing catalogs on Amazon or similar eCommerce platforms
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Listing Optimization, and Flat Files
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
