A growing national company working in water, energy and environment areas requires the services of a professional and highly motivated Electrical Supervisor / Electrician
- Must carry a proper electrical diploma from a recognized institution with 1-3 years of minimum industrial experience.
- Able to design and build electrical panels for 3Ph / 1Ph systems
- Must be able to integrate control circuit with PLC
- Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and regulations and conduct regular team meetings and safety briefings
- Lead and oversee a team of electricians and apprentices.
- Assign and schedule tasks based on project needs and skill sets.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their technical skills.
