We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing eCommerce fashion marketplace team. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role is vital in delivering an excellent customer experience by maintaining efficient warehouse processes and collaborating closely with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders, returns, and exchanges to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space for efficient operations.
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies to provide a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably within eCommerce, fashion, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operational procedures.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and resolve issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications for reporting and data management.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is an advantage.
- Competitive pay of up to Rs60,000 per month.
- This is an in-person role, offering hands-on supervision and direct team engagement.
