Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities with a focus on printing and packaging operations, particularly involving Rotograveur machines.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 60 personnel to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across the production floor.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive maintenance for Rotograveur and related equipment.
- Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and machine upkeep.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Drive adherence to quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure product consistency.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to execute production-related projects successfully.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upgrade team skills and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, workforce management, and machine maintenance.
