Waleed Caterers is looking for a Customer Support Executive with of experience in answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone. Relaying extensive product information to customers. Closing sales for the company.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings. Must-Have: Excellent English Communications
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet customer service team/other call handling quotas. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
