Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents·
  • Office management and HR coordination·
  • Implement and maintain office systems·
  • Maintain schedules and calendars·
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting·
  • Organize internal and external events·
  • Set up and maintain filing systems·
  • Maintain databases and manage office supplies·

Competencies:

  • A diploma or Bachelor degree is required·
  • Experience over than 1 year in similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
