As a Senior Associate People Success, you will be a key driver in fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and achievement within Walee Technologies. Reporting to the VP People & Culture, you will be responsible for initiatives in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management to ensure the career success, performance coaching and managing learning needs of our people.
Key Responsibilities:
Run TNAs for all employees across the group companies.
Plan, develop & execute learning programs that empower employees to enhance their skills and capabilities in line with the business.
Conduct needs assessments and design learning solutions to address identified gaps.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct effective talent reviews to progressively manage talent availability, succession planning.
Manage talent repository for all employees in talent management software..
Identify key talent and assist in talent development & retention strategy execution.
Drive talent development initiatives to manage high-potential talent for leadership roles.
Assist People & Culture department leadership team in identifying performance management & measurement challenges and lead performance improvement projects.
Prepare and present regular reports on learning and development, talent management, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into people's success initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
5-7 years of hands on progressive experience preferably Learning & Development, with a focus on People Success, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
