Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated full-time waiter to join our team at a buffet restaurant located in Lahore. This on-site position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary of PKR 40,000 to 40,001. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, assisting with the menu and buffet, coordinating orders, maintaining tables, replenishing buffet items, supporting events, and adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures. This role requires a professional attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and attending to customers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist guests with menu selections and buffet options, offering detailed information when needed.
- Coordinate customer orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Monitor buffet stations regularly and replenish food items to ensure availability and presentation standards.
- Support restaurant events by assisting with setup, service, and guest needs as required.
- Comply with all restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications

- Completion of Matriculation or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest service principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
