We are seeking a skilled Software Developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, identify potential issues, and enforce coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of software designs, code, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in software development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Optimize software performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
- Work with DevOps teams to implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development frameworks and tools, such as Spring, .NET, Angular, or React.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
