We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on our client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Clean, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Create and maintain data pipelines to support data integration and analysis.
- Implement data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into strategic initiatives.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to evaluate the impact of business strategies.
- Automate data analysis and reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
