Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Handle inbound client inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms.
- Qualify leads and schedule virtual consultations or appointments with clients and builders.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations to prospective clients over Zoom or similar platforms.
- Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and coordinate the sales process remotely.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and vendors to secure referrals and repeat business.
- Provide clients with market insights, property details, and advice on off-the-plan and existing listings.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or related roles with strong administrative and operational skills.
Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate efficiently in a remote environment.
Building Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, building materials, and real estate trends.
Tech Proficiency:
- CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience working remotely in a sales or administrative role.
- Knowledge of local property markets and building regulations.
