Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced SQA (Automation + Manual) Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend product requirements thoroughly.
- Identify, track, and resolve software defects efficiently.
- Design, implement, and uphold automated test suites.
- Conduct rigorous regression testing and meticulously analyze results.
- Continuously enhance testing processes for optimal efficiency.
- Write detailed test cases and proficiently execute them.
- Demonstrate expertise in both Automation and Manual Testing.
- Assess product quality meticulously.
- Ensure interface compliance and compatibility.
- Perform thorough end-to-end system integration and regression testing.
- Execute QA plans and tests in close collaboration with the development team.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Experience with scripting and programming languages
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
