We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and travel partners.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide travel recommendations, options, and information to customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, travel trends, and agency promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
3 months to 2 years of customer service experience in the travel industry or call centre related field.
Excellent English communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Able to work on programs like Word, Excel.
Basic knowledge of geography, travel regulations, and industry standards.
Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
Working Hours:
Full-time position (12 hrs first 15 days).
(6 hrs other 15 days).
Monday to Saturday (12:00 am - 12:00 pm) with occasional weekends and evenings as required.
