We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to do technical contect writing to create engaging and high-quality content for digital campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters and videos.
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other relevant tools.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance landing page effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in key digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights and prepare detailed reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is an advantage.
  • Experience in Meta Search Advertising, particularly in the hospitality sector, is a plus.
  • Basic Technical SEO and HTML/CSS knowledge is an added benefit.
  • Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
