Responsibilities
- Receive mobile phones from customers or distributors for repair and maintain clear, consistent communication regarding their status.
- Study and interpret specialized repair manuals, circuit designs, and technical guidance for mobile phone maintenance.
- Address customer demands for products and services efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist supervisory staff including managers and directors in accomplishing assigned tasks and enhancing overall team performance.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on technical issues and track the progress of resolutions.
- Respond effectively to professional and technical questions posed by customers, demonstrating clear communication.
- Support service consultants by covering their responsibilities during their absence or peak workloads to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities designed to minimize downtime and prolong the operational life of equipment.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation related to repairs, circuit designs, and maintenance procedures.
- Identify early signs of equipment problems and recommend practical solutions to prevent failures.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement processes by proposing enhancements to maintenance protocols and practices.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by directors or supervisory personnel with professionalism and attention to detail.
