- Verifying the vendor invoices and deducting the withholding tax according to law.
- Prepare the Withholding tax challans suppliers, services and employees and deposit to bank according to prescribed time.
- Preparation & E-filing of Withholding Tax Statements & reconciliations of Tax records with accounting records.
- Calculating the salary tax of employees as per law.
- Collecting and verifying the monthly Import Good Declaration and reconciled with the FBR portal.
- Maintain the import record and booking the import taxes in respective ledges.
- Prepare and issuance of the Sales tax Invoices to customers and uploading in the FBR portal on a monthly basis.
- Filing of Monthly & Annual Sales Tax Return federal
- Ensure maintenance of tax records as per the requirement of Sales Tax and Income Tax Laws.
- Reconciliation the taxes ledger on monthly bases and deposit the payable amount to Government.
- Good command on IRIS software and FBR related software.
- Preparation and filing of quarterly advance tax working.
- Ensuring compliance of notices / audits / orders issued by Federal or Provincial authorities by compilation / extraction of data, review, providing them to tax consultant and resolving their queries within the stringent deadline of notices / orders.
- Providing the tax paid challans / Certificates to respective vendors & Employees & providing the Certificate to Customers against the advance Income tax deposited.
- Coordination with all other functions in respect of indirect and direct taxation matters, compliances, correspondence with 3rd parties and tax planning.
