Management Trainee Officer - Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join Vivo as a Management Trainee Officer - Sales. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience. You will begin your journey as a Shop Promoter, learning the ins and outs of our retail environment, and after a month, transition to the role of Market Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing shop activities, managing dealer relationships, ensuring brand visibility, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

First Month:

Engage with customers at retail shops, promoting Vivo smartphones.
Demonstrate product features and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Report daily sales and insights from the retail environment.

After First Month:

Regularly visit retail shops and ensure proper display and branding of Vivo products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and shop owners.
Ensure the image of Vivo is upheld through proper product placement and marketing materials.
Support in the execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
Provide training and support to shop promoters and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to drive sales.
