Security SOP Implementation:

  • Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of security SOPs across all branches.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the adherence to security protocols.
  • Provide guidance and training to branch staff on security measures and best practices.

Branch Visits:

  • Conduct frequent visits to branches across Pakistan to assess security measures and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with heads of branches to address security concerns and implement necessary improvements.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Home Department, DPOs, DCs, the Ministry of Interior, and local police.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related communications with these stakeholders.
  • Advocate for the company's security interests and ensure timely resolution of any security issues.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues related to branch security.
  • Mediate conversations and negotiate compromises to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Foster a positive and harmonious working environment.

Information Management:

  • Manage the flow of security-related information between branches and the headquarters.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed about updates, changes, or decisions related to security.
  • Ensure that all security-related documentation is properly organized and accessible.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic security plans.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on an understanding of stakeholder needs and interests.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in security practices.

Stay Updated:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in security.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the company's security measures.
  • Share relevant knowledge and insights with stakeholders to enhance their understanding and decision-making processes.

NOC Procurement:

  • Obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from relevant authorities in a hassle-free and time-efficient manner.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are secured promptly to avoid delays in operations.
