- Creating weekly profolios of students, quarterly reports, daily reflections, etc.
- Classroom management according to the priniciples of Waldorf Education.
- Developing classroom into a conducive space for kids.
- Guide and inspire students to foster their individual talents and strengths.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and self-expression.
- Cultivate emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills through activities that nurture both head and heart.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies.
