Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Waldorf Education principles, promoting hands-on learning and creativity.
Creating weekly profolios of students, quarterly reports, daily reflections, etc.
Classroom management according to the priniciples of Waldorf Education.
Developing classroom into a conducive space for kids.
Guide and inspire students to foster their individual talents and strengths.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and self-expression.
Cultivate emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills through activities that nurture both head and heart.
Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and innovative teaching strategies.
