We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations at our NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) call center. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within a call center environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce by promoting equal-opportunity hiring practices.

2.Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

3. HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs.Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to management.

4. Managing HR Outsourcing Services:

  • Oversee relationships with HR outsourcing service providers.
  • Ensure outsourced HR services align with company policies and standards.
  • Monitor the performance of HR outsourcing services and address any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
