Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to provide effective solutions.
Resolve complaints and service issues by investigating problems, determining causes, and offering timely solutions.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and share best practices.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up actions.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential areas for service improvement.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times.
Help mentor newer team members and support the team lead as necessary to ensure smooth team operations.
