Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of six research and development scientists focusing on cosmetic formulations.
Develop and optimize cosmetic product formulations based on customer needs, market trends, and scientific research.
Design and execute laboratory trials and product stability testing protocols to validate product performance and shelf life.
Apply advanced analytical chemistry techniques to evaluate raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and industry standards throughout product development.
Maintain meticulous documentation of experimental procedures, formulation changes, and test results for regulatory auditing and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to source and verify the quality of cosmetic raw materials.
Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement solutions to enhance product efficacy, safety, and sensory attributes.
Stay current with emerging cosmetic science technologies and competitive products to innovate and improve Vision Beauty's offerings.
Provide technical training and mentorship to junior chemists and production staff to elevate team competencies.
Coordinate with marketing and regulatory departments to ensure product claims align with scientific evidence and compliance requirements.
Manage timelines, resources, and laboratory budgets to support successful project delivery and operational efficiency.
