Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized and responsible Study Visa Processing Officer to manage student applications from initial documentation through admission and visa processing.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining client files, coordinating documentation, submitting applications, and keeping students updated throughout the process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in study visa consultancy, admissions, or visa processing is highly preferred.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong computer and internet research skills.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience processing applications for countries such as the Europe, UK, Canada, Australia or other major study destinations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle study visa cases from initial assessment to application submission.
Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.
Review academic and personal documents for completeness.
Prepare and maintain individual client files and checklists.
Assist with university and college applications.
Communicate with universities, colleges, and relevant institutions where required.
Track admission applications, offer letters, deposits, and other application stages.
Assist clients with visa documentation and application preparation.
Complete online application forms accurately.
Maintain records of application deadlines and case progress.
Follow up with students for pending documents.
Provide regular case updates to clients and management.
Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information.
Stay updated regarding study visa requirements, admission procedures, and relevant policy changes.
