• Coordinate with Immigration and Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization.
  • Application/Issuance/Renewal/Cancellation of employment, mission, visit, dependent and
  • Residency visa and organized new/renewed visa stamping.
  • CICPA registration and organizing to apply for new/renewal CICPA onshore/ offshore travel cards.
  • Prepare and submit employee labor contracts and labor cards in MOHRE.
  • Carry out documentation for medical support of new/renewed employees.
  • Attend to employees’ queries about visas and other related processes.
  • Review compliance and report violations of Labour laws.
  • Organize and Collect documentation for visit/work visas for traveling staff.
  • Monitor the expiration of the visas and licenses.
  • Observe the confidentiality of employees and other sensitive information.
  • Establish good relationships with Labour and Immigration employees.
  • Coordinate with the Department of Economic Development (DED), Municipality and Land Department.
  • Coordinate with the Consulate, Notary Public, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Chamber of Commerce documentation
  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), Addendum, Power of Attorney (POA), and all agreements preparation and legalization at Notary Public.
  • Registration of new license for sole establishment and LLC companies.
  • License renewal (Business/Commercial/Professional/Industrial)
  • New/ Renewal of membership certificate.
  • Evaluation of land/building/Flat/villa.
  • Prepare and submit all related documents to Ministries and other statutory authorities
  • without using an external service provider.
  • General experience in dealing with Ministry of Finance, RTA, Ministry of Health, DHA,
  • HAAD, Civil Defense, Dewa, Etisalat, Police, Court, Prosecution, Various Embassies,
  • Airport, etc.
  • Managed PRO Department
  • Delegate the tasks between the team monitor their work and interfere to solve
  • the critical tasks.
  • Maintain, coordinate, and update the client database, records, and mailing lists.
  • Establish Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
